China calls on virus survivors to donate blood plasma in the hopes of creating a treatment. A senior health official in Wuhan, China, the center of the outbreak, has called on residents who have recovered from the coronavirus to donate blood plasma, believing their naturally produced antibodies could be used to treat patients who are still sick. Dr. Zhang Dingyu, the director of the Jinyintan Hospital in Wuhan, made his appeal on Friday. Chinese researchers said they believed such antibody treatments could help people recover from the virus. The search for a drug capable of treating or curing the virus has frustrated researchers, as rates of infection and deaths continue to mount. The government is currently prescribing a combination of anti-viral drugs and traditional Chinese medicine. Bajaj Chetak Electric Scooter

The Bajaj Chetak electric scooter has been  launched  in India at Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom). Know the on road prices  here . It is available in the two variants -- Urbane and Premium. The top-spec model is Rs 15,000 more expensive than the base model. It will be sold via Probiking dealerships alongside KTMs and in the coming few weeks, Husqvarna will join this list as well. However, customers can book one on its official website as well.  Deliveries for the Premium variant will begin from the end of February 2020 while the Urbane variant will commence by May 2020. The Chetak will hit showrooms in Pune, followed by Bengaluru. The Chetak stands apart from other electric scooters thanks to the use of a metal bodywork instead of a fibre one.
